Nothing to not like about this mirror. The lighting aspect of it is interesting but I rarely use it because I can’t get close enough to it to it to benefit from the various lightings - thought I’d be able to check my face and make-up application in varying lights but, my fault, the sink vanity prevents that since it’s all in an alcove so I can never get closer then 2 feet. We installed it horizontally behind a 48 inch vanity which looks better then vertically. Since we’re remodeling the bathroom and it’s all together but no shower stall yet, I can’t rate the no-fog aspect of it - that will be a major plus, assuming it works well. It’s pretty on the wall and it’s a novelty. Arrived packaged well, and in excellent condition.Great experience with the seller. The first one had a crack in the corner, Amazon immediately arranged the return and replacement which was received super fast. It was put up and looks amazing! The mirror is really beautiful, although not so bright. The LED strip is on the sides, which lights up the back and some light shines through the front transparent sides. Installation is a pain. The mounting hardware it comes with is a joke. The mirror is too heavy for just drywall installation, so I had my handyman put studs in my wall. There are four keyhole mounting areas. Measurements have to be exact to the 1/16", otherwise the screws won't go in. Overall though, it was well-packaged and works well with the wall switch. The 3-color feature is a big plus.Nice..but not as bright as I expected.Be sure to check the mirror upon arrival. I kept the plastic and rubber corners on until after installation and found a crack in the corner. Luckily, I was able to make an exchange.Did not come with instructions or any paperwork. Back lit mirror that's not really necessary. Hard wired to a box behind the mirror. There is an option to attached a 2-prong plug to the wire instead. The light is decent. There are three colors and provides enough light to shine on your face even with a stronger light present. There are eight mounting holes around a metal frame on the back. I guess you use four depending on landscape or portrait mount. The mirror is heavy and I didn't trust the included hardware so I opted for heavy anchor mounts. Not easy to install and hard to make it precise. The mirror comes wrapped in plastic bubble and there are four rubber corners pieces protecting the glass corners. I left that on until after the mirror was installed only to reveal it's cracked. Not very happy about that at all.Update 3/10/2022: Received an exchange mirror. Came with instructions. Didn't miss much in the instructions. Was expecting specifications on mounting holes but it just says to measure it yourself - which I did so at least I received an undamaged mirror. However, the replacement mirror came with three wires! Live, neutral, and ground. And a three-prong plug. The first mirror did not.I loved this mirror so much, I bought a second one for my other bathroom. Even my contractor liked it so much, he asked me to send him the Amazon link to buy one for himself. I was originally going to forego getting a lighted mirror because they were all $1,000-$1,200 so I was thrilled to find this one at such a great price. Well worth it.I love the concept and the mirror looks really good. Wasn't nearly a bright as I expected. Will probably have to add brighter ceiling light for makeup, grooming. Also was fairly difficult to hang. Requires exact measurements for 4 screws, requires 2 people to lift into place and fit over screws. I am very handy but still found it hard to mount
