I have the 15 liter version, and while smaller than expected, it is the ideal size for a weekend's worth of supplies and clothing. There's handles on each end and a neoprene padded handle on top. The sides have compression straps that also work as loops for securing other items. There's two D-rings on each side that can be used to attach a shoulder strap or use to secure your bag (picture your canoe flipping....) At the beach it keeps your belongings sand free and dry. Same style zipper as on my Scuba dry suit to keep things dry.As a test I closed the zipper tightly and sat on the bag. For 10 minutes. No air escaped at all. So not only will this float (assuming it's not packed with iron ingots) but the contents will stay DRY.
